LATEST IMMIGRATION UPDATE ON ZAMBRANO CARERS

Please note: The deadline for applications to the EU Settlement Scheme is 30 June 2021.

Please ensure that you submit your application by the deadline.

Download the Application form in PDF format.

However, following the recent case of Akinsanya, the Home Office has agreed to accept Zambrano applications after the deadline (at present the time scale is expected to be six weeks from 30 June 2021) BUT please apply before the 30 June deadline. Do not rely on the expected grace period of six weeks unless unavoidable.  We will keep an eye out on the new Home Office policy following the reconsideration of their EUSS rules and update you in due course.

A copy of the application form is available for you to download and submit to the Home Office. Obviously, you can contact West London Solicitors to assist you in your application. Now kindly note key information pertaining to the application.
